KUSTEC Cooling System „Eagle 210"

The Eagle 210 is a solution for hydrogen refueling buses and heavy commercial vehicles such as trains. The system is delivered in a 30-foot ISO container that meets all requirements and ensures safe and efficient refueling.

The KUSTEC hydrogen cooling system uses one or more diffusion-bonded heat exchangers capable of cooling an unlimited number of back-to-back refuelings. A CO2 (R744) refrigerant booster system is used for effective hydrogen cooling. This enables flexible refueling while maintaining a low global warming potential (GWP), consistent with sustainability goals.

The system refuels buses and trains according to the T20 or T30 temperature protocol with a hydrogen flow rate of up to 2x120 g/s.

The Eagle 210 enables back-to-back refuelings according to the T20 and T30 temperature protocols.
