KUSTEC Cooling System „H2PCU"
The H2PCU cooling system was developed to provide high cooling performance with low power consumption. This is achieved through the use of an aluminum block heat exchanger, which reduces investment costs.
In this setup, hydrogen flows through an aluminum block that is pre-cooled by the cooling system. The aluminum block offers the advantage of simultaneous active and passive cooling!
The system is particularly well-suited for hydrogen refueling stations with a single dispenser. The high mass and heat capacity of the aluminum block heat exchanger allow for a cooling unit with low connection loads!
As a KUSTEC cooling system, the advanced control system ensures the optimization of operating points to maximize COP (Coefficient of Performance) and thus efficiency.
